1. Product Refund Eligibility

• All sales of digital products (themes, plugins, and template kits) are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or license keys have been issued.

• Refund requests will only be considered in the following limited cases:

  • The product is corrupt or unusable, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a payment gateway error.

2. Special Circumstances for Refund Approval

Refunds may be approved under these conditions:

• Technical Issues – If the file download, license key, or installation process fails due to our system, and we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

• Duplicate Payment – If your account is charged more than once for the same purchase.

• Wrong Product Delivery – If, due to a technical error, you receive a different product than the one purchased.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:

• “I changed my mind” or “I no longer need the product.”

3. Refund Process

• All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

• Refund amounts will exclude any payment gateway or transaction charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Since our products are digitally delivered instantly, order cancellation is not possible once payment is confirmed.

• If you made a payment but did not download the product or receive the license, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Downloaded or accessed themes, plugins, or template kits.

• License keys already issued or activated.
